What is Yoohoo?

Yoohoo Shopping is your destination for the coolest gifts and goods at the very best price. We scour the planet looking for the latest deals so there’s always something new to find each and every day.

Where do you ship from?

Items sold and ship from our fulfillment center in sunny Sarasota, Florida. All other items or third party links are fulfilled by the respective seller(s) in locations across the United States.

How long is the shipping time?

After the order is placed, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays).

Why is there a $10 minimum?

Because we’re all about saving you tons of cash, a $10 order minimum helps us keep our prices and shipping costs irresistibly low. Don’t want to pay for shipping? Simply spend over $25 and shipping is on us!

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Items are eligible for free shipping on all first time orders. To qualify for free shipping, the order must include at least $25. Standard shipping for items is $5.95.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We are unable to expedite orders at this time, but we hope to expand those choices in the future.

Where do you ship to?

We ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We’re currently unable to ship to these states. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our shipping options to new locations.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

We don’t offer delivery to APO/FPO addresses at the moment.

Order & Payments

How can I edit my order or change my shipping address?

Email us at hello@yoohoo.io. Please note that some orders are shipped shortly after placement and it may not always be possible to edit or cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as PayPal.

Returns

Can I return my items?

Yes! If you’re not 100% happy with our products, we’ll gladly accept returns within 365 days from your order date. Send us a note at hello@yoohoo.io or use our Live Support Chat feature. Our support hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 7pm ET. Please note that products must be unused and in their original packaging.
