YOOHOO COMMERCE
The connective layer between discovery and verified commerce.
Yoohoo Commerce helps independent merchants recognize eligible purchases, reward customers, and turn recent verified activity into meaningful visibility across Yoohoo-powered communities.
One neutral activity model
Connected orders and verified receipts are two paths to the same outcome: evidence that a real customer recently did business with a merchant. Yoohoo records neutral activity events, deduplicates customers across sources, and lets each community decide how that activity is presented.
Connected commerce
Woocommerce, Square and Shopify integrations verify attributable completed orders and listen for refunds or cancellations. Additional providers can be added through focused connector plugins.
Verified receipts
When a direct connection is unavailable, receipt OCR, duplicate detection, merchant matching, configurable validation, and review workflows provide a practical fallback.
Activity that reflects what is happening now
The Yoohoo Activity Score favors unique customers and gives repeat activity reduced weight. Every verified event loses influence continuously as it ages across a configurable 30-, 60-, 90-day, or custom window. Ratings and reviews are intentionally kept out of the score.
- Unique customer activity matters most
- Repeat business still counts, with reduced weight
- Receipts and orders are deduplicated
- Refunded or cancelled commerce is reversed
- Inactive merchants cool naturally over time
Rewards without tight coupling
Rewards listen for verified commerce events rather than being embedded inside receipt or order code. Participating Yoohoo sites currently use a configurable points system bridge and a common points balance. Confirmation delays can account for refund windows and merchant category needs.
Designed around consent and restraint
Customers choose whether account contact details may be used to privately match a purchase. Yoohoo stores keyed fingerprints for matching rather than exposing contact information to merchants. Full card numbers are never requested or stored.
